Meet Sydney
Thank you for considering me as your agent. I am Sydney Coleman Paine, and I am a dedicated Realtor® and Certified Negotiation Expert with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. I specialize in residential home sales in several of Houston’s premier neighborhoods.
I believe that no client is the same and no house or experience is the same. Selling your home or buying a new one is not one-size fits all. I am well accustomed to treating every client and every home with a tailored, hands-on approach and being fully involved in every aspect.
My focus is centered on always being available and quick to respond while also being very detailed, thorough, and providing step-by-step guidance.
I am committed to providing my clients with exceptional service, and I pride myself on my ability to help my clients navigate the buying and selling process with ease. I go above and beyond to make sure there is a solution to any problem, and that I provide my clients with the most enjoyable, seamless, and stress-free experience as possible. In addition to my expertise in the real estate market, I also graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s in Retail and Consumer Science, a degree focused on consumer-oriented business practices. This program equipped me with the skills and knowledge to integrate customer service, consumer knowledge, and merchandising processes and apply them in my work as a real estate agent.
Outside of work, I am also a proud wife and mother of a beautiful baby girl. We share our home with our two loving dogs and three sweet cats. I enjoy yoga, exploring nature, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with pet shelters and rescue groups.
